Maintain Spell Effect and Wards
 

I know when you hover over wards, potions etc it now shows you damage left on wards and potion proc count is there a way to display it outside of the tooltip so it is always visible?

Not possible.

As Eloora said it isn't possible. The reason why is because them type of tool tips are hard coded (as in their data is supplied directly from the game). There currently isn't any way for us to read data from that spell/icon to display such information.
