Hand of Lucan no longer on fire?
 

macsianra here, 68 sk on kithicor server. ever since i loaded map updater back at lvl 53, my Hand of Lucan, lvl 50 fun spell, no longer emits a red fire on my hand. this is not being able to see my slayer status window in WFP are the only problems i have run into, or been aware of maybe i should say. Today is my birthday and this would be the BEST gift i could receive, if someone could help me figure out what to do to get this issue fixed. I am sure it is a simple fix, but when u know as much as i do, u dont know alot :( Hope someone knows what i am talking about, couldnt find any related post in forums, so i hope i didnt look over this one Thank you for reading this post, hope someone can be of assistance.

EQ2Maps should have no affect on your spells.

I suggest you open game options (Alt+O) and play with the particle effect settings. Some of the standard display profiles turn down or completely disable some of the more subtle particles effects.

wow man thank you sooo much. i thought i had played with every display option i had trying to get it back, but particle effect was turned off for some reason, must have been one of those late night drunk sessions... i dunno?
Its fixed now, but again i appreciate your time for reading my post, all things are good in Norrath once more !
