Loc Compass - Request
 

I'm one of those /loc impaired people. Never mind that there are now 3 sets of numbers in the /loc to baffle me further.

Yes, I know how it works, but on-the-fly my brain just locks up and I end up running in circles. :(

In EQ1 the Loc Compass mods were wonderful. :)

I'm looking for something kinda like this one.

Style is flexible, it's the +/- feature I'm looking for.

You know you can hold your mouse over the compass to get your loc?

I am not sure if the dynamic data is availlbe for us to make it visibile all the time.... but i'll check it out..

I'm not looking for an always visible loc. I'm pretty sure that's not possible.

I'm just looking for a compass with the +/- indicators on it (like the one I linked to for EQ1).

I'm pretty sure it's a simple process to do. I just don't have the interface modding know-how to do it myself. :o

Here's a quick version I whipped up. (The referenced numbers are the first and third and accurate for SWNE. Second number in your /loc is the vertical axis.)

(It was a simple image edit, so you can get it looking pretty from here.)

For this X'mas, I wish there is a compass with:

+/-
visible loc (ie no need to place mouse cursor over it to see loc)

The file should be placed in the "Images" subfolder of your custom UI folder. (You do have one set up already, right?)

With the new changes, is it now possable to get a compass like this one but with the loc constantly showing below the compass?
