Update error. unable to log into game.

Thats the error, pasted above. I have just installed the game and went through the full update. I then restarted the game and for the first time, attepted to log into EQ2 using your exe icon. It searches for any updates (im assuming) and shows 1 file to update but never gets that file due to freezing. Yet when I go into my windows task manager, it does not show the program as "not responding", its always running as if ok. The thing that makes me think its frozen is I can not click on any of the buttons nor can I click and drag the window to another location on my desktop.

Im going to try to un-install and re-install it, hopefully that cures this problem.

i tried that but nothing changed...
