Are there any people out there that could help me with a simple, yet challenging task!

This may sound odd, but i would like to view my administrator password while I am logged into it. Is there a way to view it without changing it. I have it set to remember my password but i would like to know my password without changing it can i plz get some ides here?

Nope. The best you can do is by looking at the password hint you entered.

if so you can use pwdump2 and john the ripper(google em), could take a while depending on how long and or complicated your password is, but eventually it will tell you.

note: it will allso tell you any other windows login passwords on the computer...

John the ripper can be downloaded here: http://www.openwall.com/john

Pwdump2 will dump the encrypted passwords to a txt file which can be cracked by john the ripper. Read the readme for john the ripper it will tell you how to synax it. you can either use dos to run it with the synax or make a shortcut right click on it and go to properties and add the synax in the target box, note put the synax inside the quotes.

I'd appreciate if you would stop supporting people that are trying to steal someone else's passwords here. It might be your EQ2 password he steals next...
