UIBuilder documentation on eq2interface.com
 

Seeing as how the documentation for the UIBuilder and all the XML properties is... shall we say lacking? I propose that the document be expanded and maintained in a better version than is already present.

I'd be more than happy to help with this, but only if interface authors in general are interested in turning the document into a better manual.

My suggestion is basically that we transform the document from its current form into a web format, which can be maintained and updated as new discoveries and tricks are found out. I doubt very much that we'll see updates from SOE on this anyway.

I might actually do this either way, but I see no reason to host it myself on some odd domain, as eq2interface would probably be the better place for it.

So... would this be an interesting development? or totally worthless?

I for one would greatly appreciate something like this as I have read that doc printed it out and reread it and still have trouble making heads or tails of it. may just be the many voices in my head contridicting each other too.

Feel free to use the XML Modification Help & Info forum to draft something together. Once there is enough information I can make/dedicate a page for it and update its content from users posts in the future.
