I have that problem since i chnage the server from EU to german and reinstall everquest 2 so that i dont have to klick twice the eula :) now i cant start the eq2map :( I also try to deintstall und reinstall eq2map an i hope that the programm will again ask where to install but i think it save the place where it was and so the error comes because the folder LP_REGION_DE_DE doenst exist anymore, and when i try to change the options in eq2map this error comes and all the changes i make in the options didnt save.

When you unstilled eq2map I don't think it removed its settings files. Try uninstalling eq2map again and then go into the directory you installed it in and delete all the files left over. If you installed it into you EverQuest II directory don't delete all the files there!! ( unless you wanna redownload the game ) I don't know what files eq2map updater uses for settings as I don't use it but I'm sure thats what is happening.

ok i deinstall it now complet so with registry and folders and co.
and install it, now it works thx :)
