Error starting the Updater, Microsoft Visual Basic...
Hello,
i really need your help. I have installed the Mapupdater and i tried it with Microsoft .NET Frameworks 1.1 and 2.0 beta but every time i get the same error: Unknown Error: Microsoft.VisualBasic at Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.DoubleType.Parse(String Value, NumberFormatInfo NumberFormat) at Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.IntegerType.FromString(String Value) at Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.IntegerType.FromObject(Object Value) at WindowsApplication7.Form1.DownloadExtras() at WindowsApplication7.Form1.DoUpdates() at WindowsApplication7.Form1.Timer3_Tick(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Timer.OnTick(EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Timer.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr idEvent, IntPtr dwTime)The currency separator information specified in the NumberFormatInfo is ambiguous for parsing. Ok, now i found the error. I didnt see the thread about common problems, sry.
I had to change the seperator of the decimals in the folder regions- and languageoptions in the controlpanel too. Thx Karambolage |
