Is it possible to make a UI resemble the Quartz UI from EQ?

Kinda... The basic difference in how things have changed in the way EQ2 works make a number of Quartz features obsolete. The whole move to the hotkey banks instead of Memorized Spells and other buttons. Its going to be difficult to reproduce exactly.

It doesnt even hav to be exact. I would just like to be able to move everything to one solid location on the bottom of the screen. And once its down there make in cleaner, or more graphically pleasing.

look at nedra UI ill be posting a bit more later. Nedra in EQ1 was Quartz based and i was going to try to get the same look but Im having a hard time making it functional sue to the poor macro system and every useful button being on the hotkey bar.
