filter

the new filter does not show in my upper left hand cornor how can i fix this? i looked at past threads and found nothing

Are you looking for a 'traditional' dropdown box? If so, you will not find one. The filter is actually a small button in the top left corner. Click on this to open the filter dropdown.

thats half the problem there is no box in the top cornor i even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it

In options make sure it has the correct path it could verry well be installing all the new things to a ui directory you are not even using. Go into the UI directory that you are using rename eq2map to _eq2map or what ever fits your fancy and rerun the AU. If it is set up correctly then you will have a new folder named eq2map in the directory of the UI are use, if not, well there will not be a new folder named eq2map in there.
