Has the modding begun?
 

Big fan of the EQInterface site. Have all my characters in EQLive with one UI or another from there.

Since the EQII beta has begun, have there been any mods yet? Would like to see what you genious's come up with.

Myself, I am happy just adding chat windows and could not figure out XML to save my skin.

p.s. Saw ya Kudane the other night in a certain forest. Nice to see a familiar name in game.

The interface isn’t yet ready to be moded. Just saying that is probably too much (under nda) but I don’t know how else to say it. hehe

If your in beta you'll know when the eq2i beta forums open to beta members to begin modding.

In the meantime, you can familiarize yourself with the new format and experiment a bit by modding the UI on the character creation CD. There's not much to mod there but it's a start if you're hungry. :P

The CC Disk does have some beginner stuff to try out on UI.
