Need updated hotbar mod file for LU19
 

I need someone's expertise. I have a file which I'm using that creates a 1/2 size hotbar. Since the lu19, I cannot drag hotbar icons. The menu choice for moving icons is greyed out with some text saying that I need a 'updated version to work'. I've searched the downloads to see if there was an updated version but without sucess. I'm clueless about all this interface stuff but really like the mods created. I've attached the file that I'm using.

The default hotbars can now be resized, anyway. So if that's the only reason you were using the mod, just dump it.

Make sure the hotbar window position is unlocked. While it is locked in position, the hotkeys cannot be manipulated.

the newest default version allows you to lock it, and then enable key dragging.
