EQ2 Crashing since XML update
 

Since the XML update the other day, EQ2 has been crashing (with error message, forgot to write it down). Seems to be random, I know one time it crashed when I zoned from East Freeport to Enchanted Lands, don't remember the other zone it crashed on. It's only done it twice since the update but that is two times too many considering EQ2 was rock stable prior to it.

Gonna try uninstalling and reinstalling EQ2map, see if something got messed up or something.

Anybody else having this issue?

It crashs by me if I try open the map.
Any some idea whats wrong?

I'm noticing the same thing, I think maybe it's my machine but I'm not sure. Figured I would toss my name in the hat and see if there will be an update.

If I do anything to fix this I'll post a reply.

Looks like my eq2.exe file was corrupted. I had an older installation on another machine and copied it over with success. This may not fix your issues but it's something to try.
