Tooltip Timer Alteration
 

Currently in-game options only allow for the Tooltip Timers to be changed all the same... but I've always wanted to keep the Hotbar Icon Tooltips, but wanted them to show up in a long timer delay... but if I set it to long... then ALL tooltips delay long and it would be REALLY nice to have my Hotbar Icon Tooltips use the long delay and the rest use the short (such as Bank Slots, Inventory, etc...)

Most say, turn them off... well... like many, I have lots of alts, and sometimes I just don't play very often and I forget what something on my hotbar is and does... and still want the tooltip to show up for a 'reminder' instead of having to open the Knowledge Window to find out what it is. With the tooltips showing up short delay and all the time on the hotbars, it kinda gets a little bit annoying (a lot actually) during play with the tooltips flopping all over the place.

Any ideas on being able to do something to the hotbar xml to set it to delay separately? Getting SoE to do this might take a long time, figured I would come to you experts first. :-)

The delay setting is in the client, so I doubt this would be possible at all.
