Map went to default map after last patch
 
My EQ2Map was working perfectly and was incredibly helpfull untill the last patch, my map is now the default EQ map and updating the EQ2Map doesnt help, any ideas?

Look at eq2.ini. If cl_ui_skinname is Default, change it to EQ2MAP. If it's EQ2MAP, change it to Default, run the game, exit, change back to EQ2MAP and run again. Can't guarantee it'd work, but it helped me with a problem I had.

had a similar problem
 
using a different language pack (german) when playing EQ2.
For this pack, EQ2 creates a differnt folder, but the tool doesn't update this specific folder, so standard map it is...unless you copy the files manualy into the ui folder of your language pack :nana: working for me now

Hi im also new and have the following problems when I'm trying to update my map.

Please help!!
