Changing color of element without using images?
Is it possible to draw an element of specific color without creating a custom dds image resource? I want to be able to dynamically change a color of an element, like a square box or a circle. I tried Eclipse element with large thinkness value which showed up fine in UIBuilder but not in EQ2. What's the best way to implement something like this?

Sure, just set the Color (or, for some objects, BackgroundColor) property.
As for the Ellipse element itself... I can offer no help. |
can i change the entire UI color to one like a red tint?

You can but you will have to change the color of every object and there are a lot of them. Also keep in mind you will be masking the real color.
