Standalone Graphic Performance Setting Mod?
 

I would like to see a standalone mod that let's you set custom graphic performance settings.

I've seen Start buttons by Jaxel/Himay and they would be fine...but unless I'm doing something wrong, it appears that they need other full UI mods installed.

Anyone want to take a shot at making one or modifying an existing startbutton mod to operate without any other UI mods?

you can always make a hot key for this. Just get the settings the way you want and type /save_options <filename> ( /save_options option1.ini ) then edit a macro with /load_options <filename> ( /load_Options option1.ini ) in it.
