One last problem....
 

Everything before mentioned is fixed. Now I just cant get the target/implied target.xml files to work from Damae's UI. I think there might be .dds or .tga files that have to go with them but I"m not sure. Also, jaxel_skinned_startbutton.xml isnt working...the .xml is in UI/Custom and the jaxel_widgets.dds file is under UI/Custom/Images but when I pull up EQ2, I cant move the button and its just the button without the rest of the mod on it.

It's stated somewhere, you need to press your startbutton key.... like alt+tilde

(alt+~) or maybe it's ctrl. I forget ;)
