UI Previewer Idea
 

Would it be possible to make a program that could preview the entire UI independent of the game? I'm thinking along the lines of being able to open the UI Previewer, load your custom UI folder and check for functionality (window resizing, window placement, what the UI would look like at this or that resolution, etc.). Something you can check the whole UI overall instead of bits and pieces....

You can do most of that in the UIBuilder. Some function don't work in it but most do.
