WinXP x64? - DELETE ME
 

I recently built a new pc with an athlon x64 and installed windows x64 os. I can't run the program for some reason. The error message is this:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).

If anyone knows why this is or if it is already a known issue let me know please.

NEVERMIND. Found another post with an answer. Delete this thread.
