Gemstone Series...
 

Wheee.... I just uploaded 7 (!) UI's to the download section. I call them the Gemstone Series because, well, I'm cool like that. ;)

Actually, my oldest daughter came up with the name. So, take that as you will.

Anyway, on with the show!

There are 7 in total...

Blue
Green
Orange
Purple
Red
Teal
Yellow

They are just a re-color of the default UI, and the colors are quite gem-like and vivid. I'm actually using the blue right now... looks good, if I do say so myself. ;)

Hopefully they'll start getting approved without too much delay -- if the Green doesn't show up in the download area, it's because I think I didn't type in a title and/or version... so if it isn't, I'll fix it tonight.
I'll be making other "re-color" UI's... earthtone, subdued, etc... trying some stuff out while working on the Dwarven and Gnomish UI's.

Came up with a few new ideas, too... Elemental, Chrome, Steel, and Marble. Still in the 'planning' phase, so don't expect to see any of those within a week or two.

I did something close to this, cept I changed the Hue of the peices... that way, theres still a difference in colors throughout the peices. Some blues and greens and yellows throughout the UI. Just a suggestion, instead of colorizing them all.

Yeah, I've got two 'rainbow' UIs as well... didn't post them up, though. <g>

On of them has the DDS files in different hues, the other has a mixture of colors spread out on each DDS.

I don't wanna release everything at once.... gotta pace myself, man... saving those two for a "slow" day. ;)

That purple is frigging awesome man :D

Thanks for some cosmetic changes there :)

I only have a couple things were the colors seem to similar like on the compass the lettering needs to be a touch lighter to be easier to read. I have come across one other time that I couldn't really read something as easily before but it skips my thoughts right now.

Thanks again though, I love it way better than the original colors :)

Love the UI Changes. There is only one problem. When you click on a mob it changes the color of the up arrows. Lets say the mob is a double up yellow mob. The two arrows about its head will not look yellow.

Thats a problem...hehe I got killed thinking it was a blue up arrow.

Any way to change that?

Tracking Icons
 

I'm using the SS_Blue interface and it is beautiful. Very nicely done.

I'm a scout and have tracking and have noticed the little dot icons on the tracking window that allow me to filter what mobs I want to see (by con color) seem to have vanished. If I click around the area they normally are I can see the tracking window doing its filtering as it should. So I think just the icons have vanished. Can you look into this please?
