Problem with Background

Okay I am probably one of the few that actually like the new interface design colors and layout...

What I don't like is the SIZE of everything... I want my realistate back! :)

So I have been going through windows and attempting ot make them smaller... so far not a graphic issue there, but I do run into problems with darn thing:
WindowElements.WindowFrame.data.bkg.rect

It has a buffer or border around it that is at least 10 pixels, possibly more I didn't actually count. this causes the background to wind up being x pixels LARGER than the actual window frame... all the way around the frame...

Anyway, anyone know how I can make this thing actually size to the edge of its border? (I.E. remove that darn buffer.)

Look in the frame section of the window you are modding and check if the background page is using Fixed,Fixed for its pack location/size. If it is, set it to Absolute,Absolute. That may help.

Bear in mind if you change this you will have to change a lot more than just the size of the background element. The reason it overlaps like it does is because of the graphic design of the background.
