EQ2 restart changed settings ever to default why? :(

I have an Problem with thor ui i think. I dont want to deinstall all to fix this so i hope u can helping me. My game Settings still the same if i loged in i thought it would be an ini read only but not work with eq2.ini or that default.
I just want to know wich ini (or some think else) i have to change so that i can change my settings and that are saved if i leave the game and restart it.

It nerves me to changed the settings again and again if i want to play.

plz help me

or just say me in wich file are the settings restored. thor ui and default

does no one can helping me?
there must be an file that store that information and dont change the settings.

What settings?

Window positions? If so, delete the SERVER_CHARACTER_eq2_uisettings.ini file

no not the ingame window settings. i mean the grafik sound settings. for example, i change the new models to soga press ok, now i leave the game restart it and there are like before and i have to rechange it ever and ever again until i know wich file block the new settings if game shut down. Same for grafik textures all settings in options.

Are you changing your settings at the Character Selection screen, or while your acctually playing your character in the world?

no the character was just an exsample.
i mean all option settings and for exsample there are the new soga button to change the look to see.
i want that the game save the settings not to restore it after every restart.
