Thor UI and EQ2MAP
 

First off, I'd like to say I love the Thor UI and EQ2Map. There's only one problem with it so far. It seems there is a bug that makes eq2map save waypoints and zone locations from previous zones I was in. For example, if I zone from Thundering Steppes to Ruins of Varsoon, and bring up my map, it will show waypoints from Thundering Steppes and Ruins of Varsoon. The map will be of Ruins of Varsoon, but with both Thundering Stepps and Ruins of Varsoon waypoints. I hope this makes sense. Someone help!

Taco-Man answered your question but I wanted to add a quick note for any more that may not know this already.
When you browse the features section within the ThorUI AU, you will notice a button on each option "..." you may click those buttons to learn more about each individual mod.

Not only does it give credit to the actual authors/contributors but it also has detailed instructions and any other notes I felt may be relevant. (Such as the issues reported with the mod you mention above)

Faetyl, I finally got everything working by uninstalling Thor, and re-installing it. However, recently I lost the map that allows you to manually change the zones. I checked the updater and indeed plugin4 is checked. How do I get it back?

EQ2Map is going through some updates for LU16
Plugins are currently down.

Ok. I figured. I'm also having a problem with chat channels. When I type /1 <text here> it tells me invalid command. Also, there is a second chat window that I can't seem to get rid of. There is no close button anywhere on it.

Another had that same issue.
I believe the extra chat window may be a glitch in your window placments file.

I know we all hate to lose our saved window prefferences but have you tried using the window wizard provided in the ThorUI AU?
Using one of those should resolve that issue.
I use the full screen version...
