Reibicsh, it looks like you use a proxy wherever you are, and the Updater is not using that properly.

Yes Magus thats correct im running though a proxy server (on campus) so soes anyone know how to allow it to run, i have an advanced connection but still not working :mad:. Anyone know how to fix this.

it should use the same proxy settings for connecting that internet explorer is set to use.

does anyone know why mine cant get to work?or is it a new prob that's not yet been encounted before?

does eq2maps support proxies?
If not, it would really be great, because EQ2 does not support proxies, so I have to disable the proxy settings in the IE. However, other programs like eq2maps use the IE settings for connection to the internet. It would really be great if there was a way to manually set up proxy settings.
