Default Cursor Set
1 Attachment(s)
well I was going to create a new cursor set, but when I actualy found the default I figured it would be too much trouble to make a mod. so if anyone wants to know where they are they are in the Everquest2.exe
now if anyone could make new cursors, that'd be great too |
Ummm, a couple questions about this....
Wouldn't this be against the EULA (since it's not directly affecting any of the UI files)? And you say they're in the EverQuest2.exe file. Wouldn't the mod just be overwritten anytime they update (which, to my knowledge, sends through an updated .exe file)? |
yes creating a hacked everquest2.exe to have new cursors would be against the EULA.. but if you mean searching the exe for information.. no, it's on my machine, I paid for it, it is my property to do with in any fashion I see fit. my precious
and yeah the patcher would overwrite it, I just thought learning where they were might give someone here insight as to how to create a new set via the UI.. (( message to SOE devs )) clean up your EXE, video capture, voice over game and the /pizza command have no reason to be there still. |
