Laffs-Lite Problem
 

Okay so, I got on this morning downloaded the little goblin update and this happened.


Laffs-Lite be my UI.



Any ideas? :-(

But my Draco'Kyn UI did the same thing and then crashed my client several times. I reverted to an older UI and the windows displayed again and I didn't crash. Of course the older version is not LU14 compliant, so it's gonna take some real investigating.

Yes, the same exact bug here. Other guildies who are not using this mod reported issues with scrolling text windows after this ninja UI patch, but not this bug. And it's a doozy.

Same problem here with various UI windows not wanting to work causing game to crash. Nothing mentioned in update notes on changes in UI but apparently they did something big causing such problems. Hopefully this won't require reverting to default to play for a while.

Looks like SOE removed some files from the defualt UI directory.
My UI was missing images (which I was able to resolve)

The issue your experiencing may be related to SOE excluded interface files.

Bit odd that they would do something like this without some kind of warning.
It's as if we don't exist...

I'm hoping it's just a glitch.

Yups I knew this was going to happen but not as soon as this :mad: You could see with all the updated new style default windows and such useing referances to code in new locations etc.... I thought they would have at least left the old code in for a little while longer till we all had chance to make the changes needed! ........ When this sort of $^%* happens it makes me wonder why bother at all.... So yeh nice one thanks for the updates SoE :(

I forgot to mention that I have been working on my own style folder for a few weeks off and on now.... And after logging into a US server after I posted this response It apears that only one minor thing is missing its image and thats the 4 little red arrows you see when you get a new spell.... So looks like I am going to have to push that version into the downloads section asap..... as for the other UIs I have..... well .... erm ... looks like they going to be broke for a while longer.
