HELP - Want to change Health Colors sooner

Im looking for a group window that changes colors sooner than Sony's window...
Basicly, Sony's window changes from Green to Yellow at 75% heath, Im looking for one that changes at anywhere from 80%-90%

Anyone know of one or how to make one ?
