Hey guys and gals I am not sure how Profit feels about it... I know he wont make this a optional thing on his own so I took the liberty and did the work my self.

NOTE: this is mod has not been made by Profit himself it is just a smaller slimed down version of his origonal maintained effects window which I have created if at ne time he wishes me not to share this with the words Profit in the title which I made becasue I diddn't care for the Full Size version he included in his UI i will have it renamed and or removed from this website...

PLEASE STATE WHICH MODIFICATION YOU ARE USING! And If Possible Post A Screenshot of The Problem You Are Seeing I Can Not Fix Something I Have No Clue Which Is Happening

How do I make it so that I can use just the default UI with these effect/maintained spell windows?

All you have to do is place it in its own folder and fallow the directions of the following post

I think there is something with this mod that is screwing up tooltips for me. I deleted all my mods and loaded one at a time. After installing this one, tooltips show, but only with icons. No text. I deleted the font.xml file (sry on name) and mod doesn't work (which is probably shouldn't), but tooltips do.

Yeah it is the included fonts file :( I am using OCD and if i have that file in there the tooltips no work, if I don't have it in there then your mod shows no text!. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks.

No tooltips here either...
 

I like your mod but im having the same problems with the tooltips not showing text if i have this mod on if i delete the fonts your mod comes with then it works but it has no text if you can plz fix :cool:

OK peeps.... I do not know which version any of you all are using.... but I do not use the superslim version my self i made it but i dont use it i like knowing who or what i casted something onto and since i removed the target line from the superslim version becasue there wasn't enough room.... hence me not using it.... but ne ways i took 4 screenshots 2 with and 2 with out the font file i have my tooltip stuff all turned on and sadly i had no difference....

If these are not what your talking about please be further specific if your talking about the hotkeys, knowledgebook, spell effects, ect... ect... ect... that has some tooltips on it i'll gladly run remove my fonts.xml and see if there is a difference but i currently run with the .xml and all my tooltips work (it may just be a setting.... Options->User Interface->Tooltips
make sure all the checkboxes are checked (if you wish none of it is reallly important but since yal are saying the tooltips do not work i sugest it)

Ok... This Morning I Installed a clean copy of Profit's UI and this is what his maintained effects window tooltips look like.... It is not my UI or the unless I do not know what you all are talking about....

A ha! i figured out what you all are refering to...

I havn't updated the fonts file for the mods but i did my own but diddn't remember it i will have a update ready soon

Could you tellus what the changes are to eq2ui_fonts.xml so we can add them if we have a coustom file already? I am going to try to figure out what you added today, but i have atleast 4 other coustom lines in mine so may not be to easy.

Place all of these Before the <Namespace Name="Racial"> area

Hi!

Just wanted to say great job on this. My wife is extremely happy. She uses the resolution 1024*768. Now she has abit more room when using the slim version when using the Profit UI. :)

She plays an illusionist which uses many icons on the maintained spells. :)

i just installed this in my profit folder. everything looks great except I got a message about my ui and tooltips. My tool tips don't seem to work in my hotbars or bags

This UI mod is several years old without updates, issues are to be expected. In all honesty, many things that old don't work at all, given the massive amount of changes since '05.

guess I should have thought about that one lol

there is also variants of slim in the profit set that are up to date.
