With EQ2Map, I can't see groupmates in map
 

I have the eq2map installed, and I know other people in the game who have, too. However, they can see their groupmates in the map, but I cannot. One time, I accidentally hovered over a spot in my map and saw the name of my groupmate come up in a tooltip, but I see no marker of his whereabouts.

Has anyone had this problem? I would appreciate any advise.
