Target Rings

Like the ones in eq1 what that could be changed. Cause the one right now is just to plain.

I haven't messed with it but have seen posts where any changes people made didn't take effect in game.

I hope to look into this further and if that is the case, I hope Sony opens it up for editing soon. :)
