Please Help
 

Hello. I have downloaded OCD. I have created the folder and done the text document correctly, yet the UI is still not working. Is there a program that I need to download? I remember downloading it for Fetish on another computer, but was directed to the link from a guildie and did not save the link and my guildie cant remember either, I recently downloaded something from Microsoft that made my eq2 map UI work, yet it doesnt help OCD UI work properly. Can anyone help me figure out what Im doing wrong? Thanks
