EQ2Interface - EQ2 Map Updater 1.0 on x64

Hello.

I used to use this program when i was running the x32 version of Windows XP Professional. However, as i've upgrade my processor to an AMD Athalon x64, i now have the x64 version of Windows XP Professional.

.Net Framework 1.1 is built into the system, however, when running the updater, it fails to run properly.

I've used the wizards, as well as set every file to use Windows XP for compatability (as it is a x32 application) however, still no go. The error i recieve is:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000135)

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Resolutions tried:

1. Went to download.microsoft.com and tried to reget .Net framework 1.1 from the site, however, it doesn't install on the x64 system because it is built in.

2. Went to windows automatic update, and tried to run an update, but no updates are available for this problem.

3. Set the executable for windows xp compatability, no go.

4. Set the executable for windows 2000 compatibility, no go.

So not sure what else to do.

System Specs:

MSI ATi motherboard
AMD Athalon 64 2800 (upgrading atm, but best i could find in my area :/)
1gb of Memory
Windows XP Professional x64
