a file was being used by another processs, which means some program had locked the file, restarting your computer would most likely fix it.

Sounds like a DNS problem.

I tried to download the map for the first time yesterday, got this error, deleted everything and tried today to reinstall with the same error message. As I have no clue what any of this means, can you please help? I've tried removing program, redownloading and restarting comp woth no success. Seen the maps on others comps and they did not get this error upon first download, would be cool to have. All help is appreciated. Thanks

all i can tell you is that it is a problem on your end with your connection, can i tell you what is causing the problem, no, however it could be a firewall you have that is blocking it or possibly even your isp. sorry i cant be of more help. :(
