What's that Filename??
 

Hey there. I have a hopefully simple question you all could help me with. I was wondering what is the name of the file that controls the default UI that new characters start with, and is there a way to set it up the way you like it? THis would save me having to delete, copy and rename character.ini's each time I make an Alt or a mule. Any help would be appreciated!!

I may be wrong...and im not home so I can take a look...but I don't think there is a file. Probably the client itself sees there is no UI settings file created and then just creates one from within itself. Probably nothing we can edit.

But again I could be wrong....I have been before...

Nope there isn't any way you can make eq2 a ui settings file one the creation of a new char. It would be nice if you could. Look at uiswitcher located on this site, it will copy settings file for you.
