If anyone could help me with this I'd love it

My UI works good! I read through the forums and found where to add the lines to the eq.ini to fix the crashing. However, since the new patch when I login, my windows are all over the place and my screen is tiny until I get logged in.

Is t here anyway I can fix this? I don't know where to look or what to search for. possessed login screen or something I guess. I'llhave all of my ui loading up with me before I am actually in game. Which didn't happen to me before.

Any clues?

Sounds like a corrupted settings file. Try deleting/renaming it.

It is located in the main EQ2 directory, format:

(server)_(character)_eq2_uisettings.ini

So, if your character was Antoniaelle on the Nektulos server, it would be:

nektulos_antoniaelle_eq2_uisettings.ini

Rename it to something like backup1_nektulos_antoniaelle_eq2_uisettings.ini

You'll have to move the windows around again, but it should fix it after that.

Thanks, I'll give that a go and let you know how it worked =) appreciate it

edit: That did not seem to work. I edited all of my alt characters and main characters ui settings and named them backup_antoniabayle_elle

and I'm still getting windows all over the screen before I login. It did reset my ui (as to be expected) but not sure how to fix the windows all over screen during login. Shoot.. I can even see guild chat and type to people while zoning. Which is cool and stuff. Just not sure how to fix it as it's really messy

edit2: oh and I got this file in my folder that is called ui.txt and it was last modified when I logged in today and it says:
