Sigh, anyone have a spare uisettings.ini file with two chat windows?
 

It looks like the only way I am going to see two chat windows again is if I get a copy of one that already has two in it and just modify... so, does any helpful, charming nice person happen to have one laying around I can get a copy of? it would be much appreciated.. :)
