EQ2Interface - UCD Compass/Clock Issue

I downloaded the complete mod (UCD UI mod) as a set, but then decided I was so used to certain aspects of other interface pieces that I went back and picked up the interface pieces I had been using (hot bars, target/party members, and raid window)

The one problem that I have found myself with, is that the compass/clock within ur mod shows a white square for me (with the gold circle border of where the compass should be shown)

have any idea what I did wrong? I redownloaded the compass/clock from the individual interface pieces after finding this problem with the one I got with the complete UI set, and redownloading and 'reinstalling' didn't fix it.
