Skills window referencing Journal tile?
 

Any idea why Sony is referencing the tile used in the Journal Window to be used as the background for skills?
This causes an issue as some journals have been modded to not use a tile background therefore the skills window doesn't have a background...
One of the skill bars is black hence it blends in to the nonexisting background.

Here are the refrences:

I've modified a new skills window to call on the individual items rather than refer to the journal for whats being used there and it works great as far as I can tell. Also took the liberty of correcting the typos of the missing "#" signs... (See Attachment)

Am I missing something?

What did you change the icon pointers to? looks the same to me.
