Static displayed skill timer countdowns
 

Mousing over a skill shows you how much time is left until it's usable again. Would it be possible that if there IS time left to have it displayed without having to mouse over it?

Ok I was wondering about this myself, but not necessarily on the skill keys themselves. I was wondering if you could keep permanent numbers up on the Maintained spell bar. I read the Sticky, but then again I'm really tired at the moment and wasn't sure if the buff/debuff line in it meant no permanent times on the hotbar. Would help immensely for mezzing/rooting and the like.

till they give us the .xml code to work with theres nothing we can do, its hard coded into the system.
