idea for new hotbar layout plz
 

ok i dont have time to mod so here is my request.
i was looking for a hotbar that is 75% of the original size 12 slots across
and 5 hotbars linked together down visible and only one slider to select the next hotbar . think of it like looking at a rolling pin with all the hot bars attactched to it and to get the next one to apear you move the whole block of them at once instead of each indivisual hotbar.

is it possible some one can do that dor me ??
