Need direction on Changing the Color of Group Leader plz.
 

I've looked through eq2ui_mainhud_groupmembers.xml and can not seem to identify where the group leader font, color etc are defined.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I believe this is something that is controlled through the options window in game. I *think* I recall seeing something similar. It would be under the User Interface "tab" near the bottom, Game Colors I believe it is. Don't quote me on it, I cannot check ingame atm because I am reinstalling it as we speak

The options allow for group name & group target not leader ;(

I think that is hard coded into the game.

So, what you are saying is that the Function Key Labes (F2-F6) and other visual modifications can me modified via the XML but the Name of the Group leader is Hardcoded?

Can anyone confirm this?

The Text and Background color for group leader name is passed as a DaynamicData value by the server.

Your choices are to disable the dynamic colors entirely, or live with the server deffined colors. Group leader colors can't be changed on the client side.
