Seperating &/or Ordering :: Effects

I have two questions. I tried searching through the site & forums and couldn't find anything on this, or if its even possible.

1) Effects I have on me seem to appear in ?? some order ?? in the bar. Is it possible to change this order...
What I mean by this is Say I'm in a group & have tons of effects on me, then someone puts a ward or reactive heal up on me. It does not necessarily Add itself to the END, next spot, on my effects bar, it may show up near the beginning, middle, or end...I'm not sure how it is decided where it will end up in my effects bar, but is it possible to change it so that they are added to the effects bar in the order they are placed on me? It would make it much easier to see things like..how much time a reactive heal, ward, exc...has left on me, since all buffs should be done before fighting a reactive heal or ward should then be realatively close to the last icon added to my effects window And a lot easier to find, rather than trying to scan through the icons & then look at it.

2) Is it possible to Seperate the effects bar, into 2 bars..So that one will show posative buff type effects you have on you & one will show any negative effects on you. Because once again due the the odd order that icons are added to my effects bar I have to constently look through the entire bar & try to find new effects that have shown up (to search for neg effects I need to dispel).

This may seem trivial to some, but in a group with a variety of classes you end up with a lot of buffs. Then when you want to view timers on buffs, wards, reactive heals, neg effects, exc...Its a real PAIN!

At the fan faire some folks expressed an interest in seeing this window become a little more organized in displaying effects and the order they're displayed in. The separation of the effects window was also mentioned, but overall nothing was promised to be looked into IIRC. Make sure you post these requests over on the main eq2 UI board, since Bobble the UI dev reads those regularly.
