spell effects/maintained spells window request
 

i'd like a mod that allows the spell effects and maintained spells windows to scroll. To scroll em, u just put ur mouse over it, then scroll the wheel (and have some keys to hit for those that don't have a mouse wheel). This would be greatly appreciated.
