No map vs. Instructions to make a map what's the difference?

Sometimes when I enter an unmapped zone, there simply isn't a map for that zone and all I see is the world map tab. Other times I see a blank map background that has some text in it that is basically an ingame tutorial of how to create and submit a map for that zone. I'm curious, what's the difference?

The instructions page is nice and if the loc's happen to be right, you can even see group members icons on the map, etc. It's superior to the no map because even when there's no map, you can kinda make a mental note of where you're at for landmarks, etc. I've been on those instructions map zones and thought to myself "ok the T where I took a left is at soso word on this line"

Each zone has to be set up to have a map. The zones we have maps for are obviously set up to do so. Some of the zones we don't have maps for are also set up with the instructions page.

If you find any zones with no map or instructions page, post the info here. Post both the internal zone name (antonica_epic02_firemyst) and the friendly name of the zone ("Firemyst Gully").

To get internal zone name:
-Switch to Windowed mode and zone into the zone with no map
-Open Explorer and go to (EQ2 Path)\cache\ioplans. Sort by Modified/Date. Post the name of the most recent file. (For instance, if I zoned from the Tunderring Steppes to Nettleville Hovel (obviously with Call of Qeynos), the most recent changed file would be steppes+qey_village01.iop).
