I have a trouble with eq2map..(included in Fetish's)
 

Hi guys~!
It might be a newbie question, but I searched threads and I've not found
prob like mine.
I'm using Fetish's and I installed UI to the letter, also I checked fetish's .doc file.
the problem is when I started Everquest2.exe , then It looked like doing well, but I kicked to main screen and window crashed.
SO I tried to remove eq2map directory in UI\Fetish and I could log in, but there was black screen in game.
I also did updates for eq2map.. but unless removing eq2map, there are error to launch eq2...

This issue has been covered about 50 times in my Fetish support threads. Your symtoms suggest a bad EQ2MAPs install. Install and run the EQ2MAPs auto-updater. Note they require Microsoft.Net 1.1

I already re-installed eq2map file, and also installed .net framework.
and eq2map auto-update was successful. What my problem is
that when I try to start eq2 with eq2map, window crashs.

Try deleting eq2ui_mainhud_map.xml.

Then run auto-updater (should download a fresh copy of the map file).

If this doesn't solve the prob, post screen shots of your custom UI directory contents and eq2map directory contents.
