Help Pls
 

I'm sorry if this problem has already been posted but I can't find it anywhere so i'm gonna lay out the problem:
I had a Custom UI from this site and the EQ2 Map progrma worked fine now i have gone back to the default UI i have found that the xml file named "eq2ui_mainhud_map" that is needed to use the map is being overridden by the EQ2 laucher and replacing the custom "eq2ui_mainhud_map" file wid the default file, hence i cannot use the ingame map unless i let the launcher update and copy the custom file over. Is there any way of doing this with out having to copy the file over everytime i want to play EQ2??

Yes. EQ2MAP is a custom UI, so it needs to be treated as one.

Go back to the custom UI you had before, and just remove everything except eq2map. Or even delete everything and run the updater again.
