Help with ChatScroll and ChatDisplay

Ok, I decided to post here, cuz I'm about at my wits end.
Last night I figured out how to toggle opacity of the chatscroll bar through OnHover events. All by myself. Score one for me! I took that a little further and made it so the chat window shifted to fill the space that the now see-thru scollbar free'd up.

On to the next step. I spend HOURS on this and haven't really got anything. I took a look at Deathbane27's chat tweak, and thought I could incorportate it into my mod.

What I need to find (with help, o' course) is a way to totally shift controll from One scroll bar to the other. If you lookit DBs mod, ya know what im talkin about. Individually, they work fine, as far as the opaque/transparent part goes. However, the ChatDisplay will only listen to the *move* command of the first scrollbar, no matter what I do.

Anyone out there have any Ideas on this? Thanks a bunch

OK, small update.

It seems that if I take make control="" (ie, nothing) for the first scrollbar, i can get SOME functionality out of the second one. However, it seems limited to moving only within the parent window. I dont seem to be able to get it to move to negative numbers at all.

Hmmm... more on this later, if I find anything

Edit: Found out just now, that control can still be in the first one apparently. Seems like its limited to nonnegative coordinates for moving.

Edit2: Tried negative coords in the first scroll bar, no response.

So, heres the REAL problem: How to shift windows into the negative (so some shows in parent, and some is hidden)

My apologies if I am confusing ya'll.
Thanks again

I'm a flippin genious!!!
After several goings through, I discovered that in order for the coordinates to work, they MUST be in quotes. Parenthesis don't work, and neither do just leaving it open. Quotes do however.

*yay*
