need some help please
 

hi..
it might be a newbie question for you guys
but currently i'm using Fetish ui and i love it :D
but unfortunately SoE patched it again and i can't get my house vault to work properly , umm... i mean the one on the bulletin board
so was wonderiing will it help if i update the fetish ui ?
and how does it work if to update it?
do i just copy the default ui to the new folder and then copy fetish over it?

never copy the default ui into the custom folders. This will cause bad things to happen. Only put in the custom ui folder the actual modified pieces. If you follow the HOW TO sections on this site. It guides you through setting up the peices you use as your favorites. You can then check your favorites on the home page to see if they've been updated. If a particular patch messes something up for you check to see if that piece has been updated since that patch and if so download it into your custom folder.

Probably want to check to see if the ui has been updated....the live update on 4/6/05 changed some things that temporarily broke most UIs so you'll want to see if yours has been updated....if it has then you'll want to install the new one.

If updating your UI pieces does not help, you can delete eq2ui_inventory_store.xml to fix that particular window.

Download and install version 3.3 ;)
