EQ2MAP and Live Update 6
I added the new objects SOE added to the map window to show your groupmates on the map and everything seems to be working fine. Simply run the auto-updater. If it grabs eq2ui_mainhud_map, you're good to go.
I didn't add the new waypoints button and am deciding if EQ2MAP will have it, or if it's a silly waste of space that SOE shouldn't have added (alt+W opens the waypoint window normally and there's a button for it in the EQ2 start menu). Upcoming plans are: - Fix the EQ2MAP window's saved positions (there are some issues). - Fix the "sparkly find trail disappears when you close the map window" bug. - Fix plugin object resize issues. - Implement POI filtering in-game. - Implement auto-updating of the core_*.xml files. - Add a couple new POI types. And of course more maps are in development. We should have POI overlays working for some of the higher level outdoor zones soon. Quib |

Add the Waypoints button, but push it out of window. That way skinners can use it if they want, without having to waste a plugin space.
Personally I included it in my version. Some people like using the mouse for everything /shrug. Same reason there's a Map button on the start menu ;) |
